Well Baby Clinic

The Well Baby Care Clinic, operated by Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC) in partnership with Queen’s School of Nursing and KFL&A Public Health, provides essential health services for infants without a primary care provider in the Kingston area. We crafted this video to support KCHC in communicating about the program and it’s impact with provincial funders, and to serve a dual purpose as a public awareness peice.

Business Automation and AI Adoption

The Kingston Military Family Resource Centre (KMFRC), a non-profit organization based at CFB Kingston, supports the families and loved ones of Canadian Armed Forces members. Facing challenges in effectively connecting with their transient community due to frequent postings, KMFRC sought assistance from Spark SLC to enhance their communication strategies.

I led the team through a comprehensive analysis, including a brand audit, industry and market trends analysis, buyer persona assessment, marketing channel evaluation, and event Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) analysis. This research identified internal inefficiencies hindering KMFRC's marketing efforts.

In response, we developed a tailored action plan focusing on:

  • Marketing Analysis: Utilizing the Marketing Hourglass model to benchmark current performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Implementing an automated internal marketing request management system and a customized Microsoft Planner board to streamline event marketing tasks.

  • Generative AI Integration: Creating custom AI tools to expedite specific processes.

  • Marketing Technology Stack Development: Building a tech stack aligned with identified buyer personas to enhance engagement.

These solutions aimed to improve KMFRC's internal processes and bolster their ability to build meaningful relationships within the CAF community.
